Vacancies at KSC Legal:
Position Objective: deliver legal services to the clients of the company
Location: Tbilisi
Working Hours: Fulltime (8 working hours, 5 days per week)
Main Duties:
- Consult company clients on legal issues
- Represent client in court, arbitration and administrative agencies
- Drafting of the legal documentation
- Represent client before the third parties and carry on negotiations in his name
- Research legislation and practice on important legal issues and prepare analytical reviews
- Supervise legal assistant/probationers and care for their professional development
Qualification Requirements:
- High legal education – Master of Law or equal degree
- Working experience as a lawyer is favorable
- Georgian Bar Association Examination Certificate – general or civil specialization
- Knowledge of material and procedural legislation, as well as court practices
- Deep knowledge of corporate law is mandatory
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Knowledge of customer service standards
- Knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

- Receive, register, prepare for sending and organize delivery of the outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls
